Earlier today the Sony Xperia Z Ultra phablet was announced. Touting a 6.4 inch display, this phablet is powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 800 processor. It looks like this device might end up Samsung's Galaxy Note series a run for its money, but for that to happen, it needs to release first. Sony says that the Xperia Z Ultra will be released in the third quarter, and Sony France tweeted that the smartphone will approximately cost aroud 729 Euros.
Given that its a premium Android device, a high price point for this device has always been expected. Sony Netherlands says that the device will be offered for 719 Euros.
