Windows Phone seems to be slowly but surely picking up steam, and it is pulling ahead of BlackBerry as well in certain markets. In fact, market analyst company Kantar Worldpanel has just introduced its latest report that features the 3-month period ending in October this year. In this report, Microsoft's Windows Phone mobile operating system managed to make its way past the 10% market share point over in Europe, which is rather impressive since that would translate to double the amount of market share that it held exactly one year back. In 2012 at the corresponding time, Microsoft's Windows Phone operating system carried a 4.7% market share.
