Apple's iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S currently employ retina display and it looks like Intel wants to get aboard that ship, and has plans for next year's batch of Ivy Bridge-based ultrabooks to feature retina displays as well in hopes that it will be able to attract ultrabook naysayers over to their side. At the moment the MacBook Air, Apple's own "ultrabook", features a maximum display resolution of 1440×900, with the Acer Aspire S3 expecting to feature a resolution of 1366×768.
Ubergizmo, 2012 Ivy Bridge ultrabooks to feature retina display?
