Monday morning 18-year-old Jake “Topiary” Davis was released on bail on the condition that he did not use the Internet, and that he stick to a curfew enforced by his mother and brother. The alleged LulzSec leader, reportedly one of many, was arrested by the British police last week and charged with a range of hacking offenses. The arrest was part of the Metropolitan Police's broad investigation into Anonymous and LulzSec.
Reports have described Davis as a slight, dark-haired “fidgety” youth dressed in an untucked denim shirt.
