When RIM announced that QNX was going to the operating system for its future devices, it was surprising to see the next generation BlackBerry devices to be still running on BlackBerry OS. It probably meant that the operating system wasn't ready for phones yet, or RIM had no plans to release it so soon. Regardless of what the reason is, it looks like the company has been working on QNX phones at the same time. The folks over at BGR have managed to get the exclusive scoop on what is said to be the first QNX phone from RIM.
Called the BlackBerry Colt, it has a similar form factor to the BlackBerry Bold.
