Towards the tail end of last week, the HTC One on Sprint began receiving a speedy over-the-air update to software version 1.29.651.10. The update was said to mainly address the capacitive button sensitivity — honestly, one of my biggest gripes with the device — and today it looks like the HTC One Developer Edition could be receiving similar treatment. Software update 1.29.1540.16 is currently rolling out to all Developer Editions of the device, and while a specific changelog hasn't been posted just yet, the update mentioned “System enhancement” which really, could mean just about anything at this point.
