For the remaining 85% of you who have yet to upgrade to iOS 6 and yet have a strong affinity towards YouTube on your mobile device, fret not. A YouTube representative did mention that they will continue to serve YouTube videos to older devices, never mind the fact that the YouTube app no longer arrives with a pre-installed status in iOS 6. You are still able to go through the selection of videos from within the old app, which interestingly enough, will be ad-free for a more fluid browsing and viewing experience. Folks who do not want to make the upgrade to iOS 6 need not download the new YouTube app unless that is their desire.
