Sony puzzles over PS Vita glitch reports

Sony is hopping mad that there were a bunch of stories circulating around the Internet, touting that the first batch of PS Vitas that hit Japan has been plagued by issues such as software bugs, unresponsive touchscreens and complete system freezes. We would like to apologize for adding fuel to the fire though. Sony did acknowledge that a handful of new PS Vita owners might have experienced “isolated malfunctions”, but is rather firm in their viewpoint that users should no longer be experiencing any more issues, considering it moved over 300,000 units during the launch weekend in the Land of the Rising Sun.
