New Android-powered Motorola portrait QWERTY on the way to Sprint

New Android-powered Motorola portrait QWERTY on the way to Sprint

Sprint and Motorola may have decided that the XPRT, basically a rebranded Droid Pro, just wasn't enough to satisfy the Now Network's portrait QWERTY-craving customers, so the two companies are working on yet another device to sport Google's mobile operating system in this interesting form factor. The new phone, unlike the XPRT, will have a more curvy design, with its keyboard having a ‘smile pattern' as opposed to the XPRT's ‘ruler pattern' apparently. This new phone will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread out of the box. It may also include 4G WiMax connectivity capabilities.
