Porsche had a lot to crow about at the Frankfurt Motor Show last week. Not only did it debut the new 50 Years edition and Turbo versions of the 911 and the new hybrid and diesel versions of the Panamera, but while unveiling the final production version of the new 918 Spyder, it revealed the record lap it set around the Nürburgring. The 918 Spyder's 6:57 lap time makes it the fastest street-legal production car ever to lap the Nordschleife and the first to break the seven-minute barrier.

Oppo N1 official image surfaces along with retail packaging

We already know that Oppo will be unveiling its N1, the company's latest cameraphone at a special event in Beijing, China on September 23. As a promotional campaign, Oppo has been releasing lot of video trailers and image teasers. As the build up to the official announcement continues, the first official promo image of the Oppo N1 has been leaked. The image shows us the slim bezel around the display and gives a glimpse of what the N1's camera is capable of.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Pre-Orders Start September 18 On T-Mobile

Samsung finally unveiled its Galaxy Note 3 earlier this month, leaving many in the U.S. wondering when exactly they can get their hands on the company's next phablet device. We heard Verizon will begin shipping the Galaxy Note 3 starting as early as October 10, with AT&T even making the device available for pre-order shortly after it was announced. As for T-Mobile subscribers, the carrier announced it will have the Galaxy Note 3 available on October 2 for sale, and today, they've announced its customers can begin pre-ordering the device starting on September 18.

Droid DNA Getting Android 4.2 With Sense 5 Soon On Verizon

Just last month, we reported the Droid DNA would be receiving Android 4.3 by the end of September. It looks like HTC President Jason Mackenzie may have jumped the gun a bit, at least in regards to the Droid DNA receiving Android 4.3 on Verizon Wireless as the carrier has just announced they'll soon be rolling our Android 4.2 onto the device. The Android 4.2 update to the Droid DNA will bring with it HTC's Sense 5, which will make the device function a lot like the HTC One, although it certainly won't have all of the One's features.
